Departing

2.2.5 Ground movement restrictions
Taxiing is restricted to

s equipped with centre line lights as indicated on the

chart. On receiving taxi
clearance,

shall only proceed when a green centreline path is illuminated.
Standard routes are established for departing and arriving
ACFT
.
ACFT
or vehicles shall not be permitted to pass through a lit stop bar except when otherwise instructed by
ATC.
ACFT
taxiiing for
DEP

RWY
25R north of pier A must use the OUT-2, INN-3, INN-4
TWY
to avoid infringing
the
ILS
sensitive area.
The separation between taxiing
ACFT
shall never be less than 200

, except when queueing for

The information displayed on an

display may be used to assist in monitoring
ACFT
and vehicles on the
manoeuvring area. Use of the
SMR
derived information is limited to the provision of advice.
2.2.6 Description of low visibility procedures
CAT
II/III

LDG
:
a. Pilots will be informed by
ATIS
or
RTF
when
LVP
are in progress.
Pilots will be informed by
RTF
when
LVP
are cancelled.
b.
ACFT
will be vectored to intercept the
ILS
at least 10

from touchdown.
c. The
LLZ
sensitive area will be protected when a landing
ACFT
is within 2
NM
from touchdown and
when an
ACFT
is taking off, until it has passed the
LLZ
.
ATC
will provide suitable spacing between
ACFT
on final
APCH
to achieve this objective. It is anticipated that for
CAT
II
OPS
this spacing will be in
the order of 8
NM
and for
CAT
III
OPS
this spacing will be in the order of 10
NM
.
2.2.7 Restrictions on traffic flow
The traffic manager will determine the applicable acceptance rate according to the circumstances.
2.2.8 Other information
Practice
APCH

CAT
II and
CAT
III are allowed but pilots should be aware that due to the high traffic intensity
at
EBBR
, protection of the sensitive area cannot be provided and
ILS
signal fluctuations may occur. Pilots will
be informed by
RTF
that protection of the sensitive area cannot be guaranteed.
